The journey to find peacefulness and fulfillment in relationships is different for everyone. I'm here to help you meet your personal and relationship goals and celebrate your successes along the way.
I'm Sarah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with couples and individuals in Colorado, and offering telehealth video and in-person therapy sessions.
Whether you're a young adult feeling stuck in life and in need of support, you want to build a strong foundation for a new relationship but have no idea where to start, or you are needing to prioritize your own emotional care, my goal is to walk beside you with compassion and evidence-based support along the way. Our work together will help you develop your strengths by challenging you to listen, respond and connect better with your loved ones and yourself. My approach is empathetic and tailored to each client, and you can expect a safe, engaging, and productive space to create lasting change.
I recognize that finding a therapist can be a daunting and overwhelming process in the beginning. I value the time and energy that you are putting into seeking the best support for you and your unique goals, and would welcome an opportunity to speak in a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a fit for working together.
If you are in your 20's or 30's and struggle finding meaning in this phase of your life, are approaching burnout from stress and overwork, or are stuck in dead-end relationships and needing support through a transition, starting individual therapy can give you the space you need to find fulfillment and lasting change.
My goal is to help you have the relationship that you want. If you are seeking a place to rebuild trust with your partner, stop having the same arguments over and over, establish shared values and connection before marriage, or needing to separate in the healthiest way possible, this is the place for you.
Being on a non-linear path towards parenthood can be isolating, frustrating, and full of unknowns. If you're in a season of grief, waiting, or anticipation and needing support along the way, let's walk together through the joys and trials on your path towards building your family.
I'm so glad you're ready to take the next step and schedule your first appointment! You can schedule your session here.
Once you book your first therapy session with me, you can expect me to give you a phone call within 24-48 hours. During this call, we will chat for 15 minutes and I will ask you some basic background information regarding your goals for therapy and important practice policies to make sure that we're a great fit to work together. Afterwards, I will confirm your designated session date and time and send you some intake paperwork to complete before our session.
I do not accept insurance at this time, but you may use Credit/Debit cards, HSA and Flex Spending accounts to pay for your sessions.
My fees range from $185-225+ per 50-minute session for individuals, couples, and adult families.
I have limited availability for sliding scale spots . Please feel free to ask at the time of booking your first session to check on current availability.
As of January 1, 2022, all clients who are beginning a new course of treatment with us have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout your course of care. Please let us know if you wish to receive a Good Faith Estimate so that we may provide it to you prior to your first visit.
Yes, telehealth video sessions are available for all clients. Many clients enjoy the accessibility and ease of video sessions. If you live in a more rural area without easy access to Denver, or if you'd prefer to save yourself the driving time, this is a great option!
