Sarah Suby-Long Kalantari is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with couples and individuals in Colorado, and offering telehealth video and in-person therapy sessions.
If recent struggles have left you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and and out-of-touch with who you are, it can feel impossible to find a path forward. Sarah offers a non-judgmental space to slow down, reflect, and start experiencing joy again. She works with high-achieving adults and couples who are struggling with the pain of grief, infertility, pregnancy loss, burnout, or confusion about what comes next in life. You’re not alone in feeling challenged by these very human experiences, and you deserve to navigate them with support and someone in your corner.
Her background and training are based in systemic therapy and your work together will take into account your emotional, relational, and spiritual self, as well as draw on your existing strengths to direct the course of therapy. Her role is to hold an encouraging, curious, and supportive space for you. She offers online and in-person sessions.
Sarah recognizes that finding a therapist can be a daunting and overwhelming process. She values the time and energy that you are putting into seeking the best support for you and your unique self, and would welcome an opportunity to speak in an initial free 15-minute consultation.
If you are struggling to find meaning in this phase of your life, are grieving a significant loss, are approaching burnout from stress and overwork, or are stuck in dead-end relationships and needing support through a transition, starting individual therapy can give you the space you need to find fulfillment and lasting change.
Our goal is to help you have the relationship that you want. If you are seeking a place to rebuild trust with your partner, stop having the same arguments over and over, establish shared values and connection before marriage, or needing to separate in the healthiest way possible, this is the place for you.
Infertility can be isolating, frustrating, and full of unknowns. It can also feel like the loss of a dream. If you're grieving, struggling with changing expectations, or just needing extra support, therapy can offer a place to get support and find a path forward.
